Strong second book in a series.
The first was so hard to read but worth it for finishing.
I was interested in what would happen to these characters. It continues right where the last one ended.
It had been awhile since I read the first installment, so it took me a bit to remember everyone and everything. But once it all clicked, it was smooth sailing.
Those days must’ve been so tough to live through. So much work just to survive. I can’t believe how this ended. Now I HAVE to read book 3, if I want to feel any type of resolution, I guess.
