A murder mystery that keeps you guessing. I truly did not guess the culprit Bess lives in a tiny home with her chickens. She works at an odd ball museum until something terrible happens resulting in her and a rival museum operator become suspects.
This is a follow up to a previous superhero story. I had not read it before this one. I think that it is fine stand-a-lone but it would probably have made a lot more sense early on if I had.
I bought this book from the ‘Just Jersey’ shop in Morristown, NJ. As a non-native New Jersey resident, I really enjoyed reading all about the history of the state through longtime establishments, weird roadside attractions, and people narratives.

I want to preface this review saying that this type of story is not my normal preference. I liked the cover, title, and blurb enough to try something out of my reading comfort zone.
